Laptop rentals in Los Angeles
MacBooks and Windows laptops for a day, a week, a month or longer, set up in our San Diego warehouse and sent to Los Angeles. One laptop for a visiting colleague, or a matched set for a class or an edit team.

MacBook Air and MacBook Pro for everyday work, editing and design. Dell Latitude, HP EliteBook and Lenovo for Windows, with Dell Precision workstations when the software needs more. Surface Pro when a tablet that runs Windows suits the job better. The list below is what we carry right now.
Shipped, or driven up for bigger jobs
Los Angeles is about two hours from our warehouse, so most LA orders ship, with return labels already in the box. When a job is large, or has to be built on site rather than unboxed, we drive it up, and staff can stay for an event.
The same setup on every laptop
Laptops are imaged to your build before they go out, so a class or a team starts on identical machines. We can enroll them in your company's MDM, or manage them for you through Mosyle. Every laptop is wiped when it comes back.
If a laptop stops working
Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.
How renting works
Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
