Exhibiting in San Diego? We are ten minutes from the Convention Center with screens, iPads, demo machines and hotspots on the shelf — delivered to your booth, set up before you arrive, and collected when the show closes.
What a booth usually needs
Most stands come down to four things: something to show on, something to run it, something to capture leads with, and a connection that works. Tell us the booth size and what the stand has to do and we will put the list together.
- Screens from 43" to 86" on rolling stands or floor mounts
- A Mac or PC to drive the loop, imaged with your content on it
- iPads on locking stands for lead capture and demos
- A mobile hotspot, because hall wifi is metered per device
- Printers for collateral you run out of on day two
Order after your show kit deadline, not before
Show organisers set equipment deadlines weeks ahead and charge more once they pass. We do not work to their calendar. If your plans change in the last fortnight — a bigger screen, four more iPads, a machine that died in transit — call us and it goes on the truck.
Skip the advance warehouse
Equipment shipped to a show usually goes through the advance warehouse and comes to your booth as drayage, billed by weight, often more than the freight cost. Delivering locally avoids that entirely. It is one of the larger and less obvious savings in exhibiting here, and it is worth pricing both ways before you decide.
Move-in, show hours, move-out
We work to the hall’s schedule rather than our own. Equipment arrives in your move-in window, is set up and tested before doors open, and is collected at move-out so nobody on your team is packing screens at 6pm. Tell us the hall, the booth number and the schedule.
If something fails mid-show
Call and a technician works it through with you — more show-floor faults are cables and settings than dead hardware. If it does need replacing, being ten minutes away means a replacement can be walked in rather than shipped overnight.
Hotels and meetings around the show
Plenty of the work around a show happens away from the hall — breakfast meetings, hospitality suites, a board meeting the day before. Same delivery run, smaller kit, and the venue’s own delivery rules planned in.
