The same setup on every laptop

Laptops are imaged to your build before they go out: the software you need, set up the same way on every unit, so a class or a team starts on identical machines. We can enroll them in your company's MDM, or manage them for you through Mosyle. Every laptop is wiped when it comes back.

For a class, a team or an event

Laptops go out for:

• Event registration and check-in
• Temporary staff and project teams
• Remote employees who need a laptop shipped to them

• A stand-in while a laptop is being repaired

Delivered or shipped

In San Diego we can deliver the same day when the laptops are in stock, even a single one, or you can reserve them and pick them up at our Kearny Mesa warehouse, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Larger orders and event setups are delivered by our staff, who can stay on site for the event. Anything going further away ships, with return labels in the box. Same-day delivery and pickup in San Diego.

How a San Diego laptop rental usually goes

Tell us how many, what they have to run and the dates. We confirm what is free, set the machines up here, and either deliver them or ship them. At the end we collect them and wipe them. We rent one laptop or forty, for a day, a week, a month, or for as long as the project runs.

If a laptop stops working

Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.

How renting works

Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
