The same setup on every laptop

Laptops are imaged to your build before they go out: the software you need, set up the same way on every unit, so a class or a team starts on identical machines. We can enroll them in your company's MDM, or manage them for you through Mosyle. Every laptop is wiped when it comes back.

For a class, a team or an event

Laptops go out for:

• Training rooms and classes
• Event registration and check-in
• Temporary staff and project teams
• Remote employees who need a laptop shipped to them
• Production offices
• A stand-in while a laptop is being repaired

Delivered or shipped

Around San Diego, larger orders and event setups are usually delivered by our staff, who can stay on site for the event. Single laptops and smaller orders usually ship, and so does anything going further away, with return labels in the box.

If a laptop stops working

Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.

How renting works

Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
