Demo stations that work on day one

The machines arrive with your software installed, signed in and tested. Your staff don’t have to install software from a license key on the show floor. For multi-booth shows every machine is set up the same way, so your staff know what to expect at any booth.

Lead capture

iPads on locking stands, running your capture app, locked to it so visitors can't open Safari. Charged all day or on powered stands if the hall is open twelve hours.

Hall wifi and hotspots

Hall wifi is charged per device and slows down at busy times. A mobile hotspot connects up to thirty devices on carrier data for a fraction of the cost, and it does not slow down when the hall fills. Compare it with the venue's quote before you accept theirs.

Shipping to a show

Equipment ships boxed and labeled for your booth, with return labels inside. For San Diego shows we deliver instead, which avoids advance-warehouse drayage entirely, often a larger saving than the rental.

Shows outside San Diego

Las Vegas, Anaheim, Long Beach, Los Angeles and further. Most orders ship. For a large setup we drive it there. Either way it arrives configured and asset-tagged against your order, and it comes back the same way.
