What we do
We own a warehouse full of computers, tablets, phones, screens, audio and copiers, and we rent it out by the day, the week, the month, or for as long as a project runs. Equipment is imaged to your specification before it leaves, asset-tagged against your order, and wiped when it comes back.
Most of it ships. Some of it we deliver and set up ourselves. Which one depends on the job rather than on the map.
Apple and Windows, one order
Many rental companies specialize in one platform. We carry both: Macs, iPads and iPhones alongside Dell, Lenovo and HP, plus displays, projectors, audio, printers and copiers. A job needing forty Windows laptops and six iMacs is one order, one invoice and one contact.
People, not a portal
Calls are answered by someone here. The same people take the order, image the machines, load the truck, work the phone when something misbehaves, and go on site when a job needs hands.
It means the person you speak to about a problem generally knows what left the building and how it was configured. That is harder to arrange than it sounds and it is most of what customers stay for.
Managed, not just imaged
We’re a Mosyle MSP as well as a rental company, which is unusual. It means a rented fleet can arrive already managed — apps pushed, encryption enforced, and a way to lock or wipe a machine that goes missing — rather than being a box of hardware nobody can do anything about once it has shipped.
Who we work with
Corporate events, conferences and trade shows. Training rooms and temporary offices. Production and creative work. Summer camps and university programs. Plus a long-standing wholesale business supplying national rental companies who need equipment on the ground in Southern California.
Pacific time is an advantage
Most of the rental industry is on eastern or central time. At 4pm in New York a supplier there is closing; here it is 1pm and there is most of a day left to image, pack and ship. For a customer whose event is tomorrow, that gap is the difference between equipment arriving and equipment not.
Where it goes
Most of what we rent ships, anywhere in the country. Across San Diego County we deliver and set up, and we drive further for large jobs or anything that has to be built on site. The warehouse is off Complex Drive, a short drive from downtown and the Convention Center.
