Shipped, or driven up for bigger jobs

Los Angeles is about two hours from our warehouse, so most LA orders ship, with return labels already in the box. When a job is large, or has to be built on site rather than unboxed, we drive it up, and staff can stay for an event.

Set up before it leaves

Computers are imaged to your build, so every unit has the same software and the same setup. As a Mosyle MSP we can manage the machines for the length of the job, so software can be pushed to them after they have left the building, or we can enroll them in your own MDM. Every machine is wiped when it comes back.

Where it goes in Los Angeles

If something stops working

Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.

How renting works

Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
