Set up with your apps

iPads go out configured, not in a box. As a Mosyle MSP we manage them for the length of the event, so your apps and settings are on every unit and can be changed after they have shipped. If you run your own MDM, we can enroll them in yours. Every iPad is wiped when it comes back.

Stands, kiosks and cases

Most event iPads need something to stand in. Tell us how they will be used, on a counter, on a floor stand or in someone's hand, and we will send the right stands and accessories with them.

Shipped, or driven up for bigger jobs

Los Angeles is about two hours from our warehouse, so most LA orders ship, with return labels already in the box. When a job is large, or has to be built on site rather than unboxed, we drive it up, and staff can stay for an event.

What iPads go out for

In Los Angeles, mostly events:

• Lead capture on exhibit booths
• Surveys and feedback stations
• Digital signage and product demos

If an iPad stops working

Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.

How renting works

Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
