Surface Pro 7

What comes with a Surface Pro rental

Every Surface goes out ready to work, not as a bare tablet. Ask and we will send what the job needs:

• The keyboard cover, so it is a laptop when it has to be
• The pen, for annotation, mark-up and signatures
• A charger per unit, and spares for a room full of them
• A dock, a mouse and an adapter for the ports the job needs
• Your software installed and tested before it ships

One, or a room of them

A single Surface for a visiting executive is as ordinary here as thirty for a training room or a roadshow. Where the number matters is matching: a room of identical machines, imaged the same way, so every seat behaves the same and a swap mid-session changes nothing for the person using it.

When a Surface is the right answer

An iPad runs apps. A Surface runs Windows — the actual application, not a mobile version of it. That distinction decides most Surface rentals: field inspection against a Windows system, signature capture into desktop software, engineers who need their CAD viewer on site, presenters who want to walk around and still drive a real machine.

• Windows desktop software on a touchscreen device
• Pen input for annotation, mark-up and signature capture
• Keyboard covers, so it works as a laptop when it has to
• Joined to your domain or enrolled in Intune before delivery

Renting one

A day, a week, a month or as long as the job runs. Imaged to your build before it ships, asset-tagged against your order, wiped when it comes back. Delivered across San Diego County or shipped anywhere in the country.

Availability moves, so the honest answer about a specific date comes from a person rather than a page. Tell us the dates and the quantity and we’ll tell you straight away.
