These cover the website and the client portal. What you are renting, what it costs and who is responsible for it are in your quote and rental agreement, not here.

What this site is
Mac Rentals, Inc., 8829 Complex Drive, San Diego, CA 92123, runs this website. Everything on it is here to help you work out what you need and ask us for it.
A quote request is not an order and not a reservation. Nothing is held for you until we confirm it, and a price is only a price once we have put it in writing.
What we try to get right, and where we might not
Equipment listed here is what we carry, not what is free on your dates. Specifications come from our own records and can be out of date. If a detail matters for your job, ask us and we will confirm it before you book.
We do not promise the site is available every minute or free of mistakes. Where something here conflicts with your quote or rental agreement, those documents win.
The client portal
A login is for the person it was issued to. Don't share it. Tell us if someone leaves your company and we will switch their access off.
Upload documents that belong to your rental: purchase orders, signed paperwork, certificates of insurance. Don't upload card details; call us to pay by card. Don't upload anything unlawful, and don't upload anyone else's confidential material.
Our words and pictures
The wording, photographs and design here are ours. Photographs in the equipment gallery may be used by our customers and partners to show equipment they are renting from us. Anything else, ask first, and we usually say yes.
Brand names and product names belong to their owners. We rent the equipment; we are not those companies.
Changes, and the law that applies
We change this page when the site changes, and change the date under the heading. California law applies, and San Diego County is where anything would be sorted out.
