Venues we deliver to

San Diego events run in all of these, and we set up in all of them. Which one suits a job usually comes down to how many rooms you need at once and how far people are traveling.

• San Diego Convention Center: the big shows on this page. Freight goes through the show’s service contractor, not the building. What to know before load-in.
• Hilton San Diego Bayfront: attached to the Convention Center by a bridge, 1,190 rooms, and the largest pillar-free ballroom in the city. Headquarters hotel for the biggest shows.
• Manchester Grand Hyatt: 1,628 rooms and around 47 breakout rooms, so the usual home for a conference with many parallel tracks.
• Marriott Marquis San Diego Marina: connected to the Convention Center, about 80 meeting rooms, often used for a board meeting while the show runs next door.
• Town and Country Resort, Mission Valley: the largest conference facility in San Diego outside the Convention Center, on a single-level campus with its own trolley stop.
• Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina: on Harbor Island by the airport, which makes it the practical choice for a fly-in, fly-out training day.

Before you order

Some shows name an official supplier, and some services can only be ordered through the show or the venue. Your exhibitor manual says which. For everything else, we can deliver it to your booth.
