What being managed actually gets you

Without management, a rented fleet is hardware you cannot change once it has left the building. It matters most on the jobs where the equipment is furthest away.

Zero-touch for anything shipped

A machine shipped to a new starter or a contractor can be configured before it is even unboxed. They open it, sign in, and it builds itself — your apps, your settings, your restrictions. No instructions to write, no phone call on their first morning, and nothing for them to get wrong.

Your MDM or ours

If you already run Mosyle, Jamf, Intune or Kandji, we enrol the rented machines into yours, so they appear in your console alongside everything else and leave when the rental does. If you don’t run one — or don’t want a three-month rental cluttering it — we manage them under ours for the length of the job and release them at the end.

Why this is unusual for a rental company

Many rental companies image a machine and ship it, with no way to manage it afterwards. Managing a fleet properly means being an MSP, which is a different business from owning hardware. We do both, which is the reason customers with real security requirements can rent from us at all.

Wiped and released at the end

When equipment comes back it is unenrolled, wiped and released from management before it goes anywhere else. Nothing of yours carries over to the next customer, and nothing of ours stays on a machine you bought.
