What we collect

When you ask for a quote: your name, company, email address, phone number and what you told us you need.

When you visit a page: the page, the day, where the visit came from, the town and country your connection reports, and whether you are on a phone or a computer. No cookies are used for this and we do not store your IP address.

If you have a client login: your email address, the company you belong to, and the documents you or we put in your portal.

Who else sees it

Our own staff and our rental system. The companies that run the website and its storage and email. The carrier, if your order ships. Google Search Console, which tells us which searches brought people here, in totals rather than individuals.

We do not sell your information, rent it out, or pass it to anyone who is not working on your order.

Cookies and Do Not Track

We use no cookies for advertising and none for counting visitors. Signing in to the client portal sets a cookie that keeps you signed in, and nothing else.

Some browsers send a Do Not Track signal. We do not track people across other websites, so there is nothing for us to switch off, and the signal changes nothing here. No other company tracks you through this site.

Seeing, correcting or deleting what we hold

Call us and ask for whoever looks after the website, or send a message through the contact page. You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.

We will do it, apart from records we have to keep for an order we actually fulfilled, which our accountants and the tax rules require us to hold for a period.

Changes to this page

If we change how any of this works, we change this page and the date under the heading. There is no other notice: this page is the notice.
