What we aim at
We build this site to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the standard most people mean by an accessible website. That covers things like working without a mouse, text that stays readable when enlarged, labels on every form field, and descriptions for photographs.
What we have checked
Every page is checked automatically against WCAG 2.0 and 2.1, levels A and AA, on a computer and on a phone. We fix what it finds.
Automatic checks only catch part of it, so we also work through the site by keyboard. We are not claiming perfection: we are telling you what we do and asking you to tell us where we fall short.
If something gets in your way
Call us and say what happened and which page. A person answers during business hours. We will help you do whatever you were trying to do, by phone if that is easier, and we will fix the page.
You will not be asked to explain the technology. Telling us "the quote form would not work with my screen reader" is enough.
