Visiting us
Visits are by appointment. We prepare every order before you arrive: imaged, tested, charged and packed. Call or request a quote first and it will be ready when you get here.
Need it today? We will do our best. An order placed without an appointment is prepared while you wait and carries a rush fee.
Bringing equipment back does not need an appointment, and there is no rush fee on a return. There is also no rush fee for established customers picking up a scheduled order.
First time renting with us? Setting up a new account takes a little longer: we need a deposit or a purchase order, and sometimes a certificate of insurance. A first order usually cannot be ready while you wait, so please call ahead.
Shipping is often the easiest way. We ship nationwide with a return label in the box, and most of our rentals go out this way. See what shipping costs

Trucks come in from the Complex Drive side and loop around to the dock, marked in red below. Please pass this on to your driver.
