TwitchCon San Diego equipment rentals
TwitchCon San Diego runs November 13–15, 2026 at the San Diego Convention Center. We are ten minutes away with gaming PCs, screens, sound and iPads on the shelf, delivered to your booth and collected when the show closes.
The show
Friday November 13 to Sunday November 15, 2026, at the San Diego Convention Center. Show hours are 10 AM to 7 PM on Friday and Saturday and 10 AM to 6 PM on Sunday. Badge pickup starts Thursday, November 12.

Gaming stations for booths and activations
Visitors play on identical hardware, so every station matches. Games, launchers and settings go on as you specify, the same on every machine, and are tested before they go out.
- HP Omen gaming desktops
- Lenovo Legion and MSI gaming laptops
- Meta Quest VR headsets
Screens and sound
Screens from 43" to 86" on rolling stands or floor mounts, projectors, and sound systems with wireless microphones for hosts and stage moments.
Sign-ups, giveaways and the booth connection
iPads on locking stands for sign-ups and giveaways, locked to your app. A mobile hotspot keeps the booth online on carrier data, because hall wifi is charged per device and slows down when the floor fills.
Delivered to your booth
We work to the hall’s schedule: delivered in your move-in window, set up and tested before doors open, and collected at move-out. Local delivery skips the advance warehouse and its drayage charge, and our ordering isn’t tied to the show’s equipment deadline.
Suites and meetups around the show
Hotel suites, creator meetups and team rooms around the Convention Center go on the same delivery run, with smaller setups.
If something fails mid-show
Call us and a technician works through it with you. If something does need replacing, we are ten minutes away, so a replacement is brought over instead of shipped. Our technicians can also stay on site for the whole show.

Tell us what the job is
You don’t need a parts list. Describe what has to happen and we’ll work out the equipment, tell you what it costs, and book nothing until you say so.
