The most common Orange County job is a room of identical machines for a week or a month: onboarding, a software rollout, a certification course. What makes it work is the sameness. Same build, same software, same login screen, so the session starts on time.

Delivered, or shipped

Orange County is between 75 minutes and two hours from our warehouse, depending where. Irvine and the south of the county are close enough that larger jobs and event setups are often delivered and set up by our staff, who can stay for an event. Smaller orders ship, with return labels already in the box.

Set up before it leaves

Computers are imaged to your build and can be joined to your domain or enrolled in your MDM before they go out, or managed for you through Mosyle for the length of the job. Every machine is wiped when it comes back.

If something stops working

Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.

How renting works

Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
