The work that comes to us from the Bay Area most often is hardware to test on or demonstrate with: a spread of iPhones across models and iOS versions, iPads for a launch, Android handsets alongside them. Rented by the week or the month, so a test matrix does not turn into a purchase order.

Macs for a team that lands for a few weeks

Offsites, hackathons, contractor teams, a project that needs twenty identical machines and does not want to buy them. We image to your build so every machine is the same, and as a Mosyle MSP we can push software to them after they have left here.

Conferences and launches

Registration iPads, laptops for a training room, screens on stands, printers for the back office. Kit for a show at Moscone or San Jose goes out as one order, on your dates, with return labels in the boxes.

Getting it there, honestly

We are in San Diego, about 500 miles away, so Bay Area orders ship rather than being delivered by us. In practice that means overnight or two-day freight, boxed, with return labels in the box and everything tested here first. For a large job, or one that has to be built on site rather than unboxed, we drive it up and staff can stay for the event. If a job needs hands in the room on short notice, say so early and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right company for it.

How we decide to ship or drive

We’ll go wherever the job warrants it. Most work ships, because for most jobs that’s faster and cheaper than a van. Where a job is large, needs building on site, or has to be got exactly right, driving up makes more sense and we do. Tell us what the job is and we’ll tell you which one it should be.
