Testing usually needs old hardware as much as new: the phone your customers still carry, on the iOS version they have not updated from. We stock several generations and can hold a set on the versions you need rather than updating everything to the latest.

Shipped from San Diego

We are in San Diego, about 500 miles south, so Bay Area orders ship rather than being delivered by us: overnight or two-day freight, boxed, tested here first, with return labels already in the box. For a large job, or one that has to be built on site rather than unboxed, we drive it up and staff can stay for the event. If a job needs someone in the room at short notice, tell us early and we will say plainly whether we are the right company for it.

If something stops working

Call and a person answers. A technician works through the problem with you on the phone first. If a machine has to be replaced, we send another the fastest way that suits the situation: delivered, shipped, or shipped overnight.

How renting works

Rentals run by the day, the week, the month, or ongoing. Before equipment goes out we usually ask for one or more of a card deposit, a purchase order or a certificate of insurance. If you need it longer, the rental usually moves to the next length.
