What Anaheim shows usually need

Shows here usually need equipment in quantity: registration desks along a lobby, demo stations across a floor, and screens large enough to read from the back of a room that holds thousands. Orders are usually matched sets, such as forty identical machines on the same build. Before you order anything, read our guide to technology at the Anaheim Convention Center: the building accepts no freight at all, and internet and rigging both have exclusive providers.

Ship or drive, whichever suits the job

Most Anaheim work ships, boxed, with return labels in the box. For a large build or anything that has to be assembled on site, we drive up.

Hotels around the convention center

Plenty of the work around a big show happens in hotel meeting rooms, not the hall: breakouts, board meetings, training rooms running alongside the main event. The equipment is the same, but the delivery window is different, and each venue has its own rules about when the dock is available.

How we decide to ship or drive

We go wherever the job needs us. Most work ships, because for most jobs that’s faster and cheaper than a van. If a job is large, has to be built on site, or has to be set up exactly right, we drive it there. Tell us what the job is and we’ll tell you which one it should be.
