Screen or projector

Screens win in almost every room now. They're brighter, sharper, need no throw distance, and don't fail when someone turns the lights on. Projectors still earn their place where the image has to be genuinely large, or where there's nowhere to stand a screen.

Work out the size from the back row

The usual mistake is buying a screen for the front of the room. A rough guide: the furthest viewer should be no more than six times the screen height away for detailed content. If people are reading slides with data on them, size up.

Stands, and why they matter

Most venues won't let you fix anything to a wall, so a screen needs a stand — rolling for anything that moves between sessions, floor-standing for a fixed position. We send them with the screen, because a large panel with no stand cannot be used.

A day, a week, a month or as long as the job runs. Imaged to your build before it ships, asset-tagged against your order, wiped when it comes back. Delivered across San Diego County or shipped anywhere in the country.
