Resort meeting rooms are their own problem
A ballroom in a resort is often a room with a good view and indifferent acoustics. Wireless mics and a small PA make more difference to how a session lands than another screen does, and it's the part most people under-budget.

Multi-day, multi-room
Retreats tend to run several days across several rooms, with equipment moving between them. Rolling stands and cabling that reaches matter more than they do for a single keynote.
How we decide to ship or drive
We’ll go wherever the job warrants it. Most work ships, because for most jobs that’s faster and cheaper than a van. Where a job is large, needs building on site, or has to be got exactly right, driving up makes more sense and we do. Tell us what the job is and we’ll tell you which one it should be.
