Shipped, and honest about it
Las Vegas is five hours away. Almost everything we send there ships rather than being driven, and we'd rather say so than imply a van is standing by. What matters instead is that it arrives working: equipment configured and tested here, packed in cases that survive a show floor, with return labels already in the box.
What goes to a Las Vegas stand
Demo machines, lead capture tablets, touchscreens on stands, and screens sized for a hall rather than a room. Quantity is usually the point — the same setup repeated across a floor.

Plan the dates earlier than you think
Show weeks in Las Vegas clear out inventory across the whole industry, ours included. A booking made a month out is a different conversation from one made a week out, particularly for matched sets.
How we decide to ship or drive
We’ll go wherever the job warrants it. Most work ships, because for most jobs that’s faster and cheaper than a van. Where a job is large, needs building on site, or has to be got exactly right, driving up makes more sense and we do. Tell us what the job is and we’ll tell you which one it should be.
