Usually shipped
Las Vegas is five hours away, so almost everything we send there ships. Equipment is configured and tested here, boxed for shipping, with return labels already in the box.
What goes to a Las Vegas stand
Demo machines, lead capture tablets, touchscreens on stands, and screens sized for a hall rather than a room. Orders are usually the same setup repeated across a floor.

Plan the dates earlier than you think
During big show weeks in Las Vegas, rental inventory runs low across the industry, including ours. A booking made a month ahead is much easier to fill than one made a week ahead, especially for matched sets.
How we decide to ship or drive
We go wherever the job needs us. Most work ships, because for most jobs that’s faster and cheaper than a van. If a job is large, has to be built on site, or has to be set up exactly right, we drive it there. Tell us what the job is and we’ll tell you which one it should be.
