Technology rentals in El Centro
Imperial Valley work is agricultural, government and border-related: training, temporary offices and field operations. Very little of it is convention work.
About two hours east
Venues we deliver to here include Imperial Valley Expo.
Training and temporary offices
Seasonal operations, government programs and contractors standing up an office for a project. Machines for a defined period, imaged, delivered and collected.
- Windows laptops and desktops in matched sets
- Printers and copiers for document-heavy work
- Mobile hotspots where a circuit is not going in
- Screens and audio for meetings and briefings
Connectivity cannot be assumed
In much of the valley, a wired internet line cannot be installed quickly. Mobile hotspots on the right carrier are often enough, and which carrier works best varies more here than on the coast.
Plan for heat
Equipment left in a hot vehicle or an unconditioned building does not behave the way it does in an office. Tell us if that is where it will be, because it changes what we send and how we pack it.
We drive out for the right job
El Centro is about two hours east of our warehouse, and for the right job we drive out, set everything up and collect it at the end, with staff on site if the work needs it. Smaller orders ship, with return labels already in the box.
How we decide to ship or drive
We go wherever the job needs us. Most work ships, because for most jobs that’s faster and cheaper than a van. If a job is large, has to be built on site, or has to be set up exactly right, we drive it there. Tell us what the job is and we’ll tell you which one it should be.
Add equipment to your quote
Tell us what you need and a person replies within the hour during business hours. Nothing is booked until you say so.
