What gaming laptops get rented for

Most customers rent them for work, not for gaming. Common uses:

• Esports events and tournaments, where every seat has to be identical
• Brand activations and demos on a show floor, running something heavy on a screen
• Engineering, CAD and simulation work that needs a real graphics card in a portable machine
• Video editing and color work away from the studio
• Machine learning and data work where a GPU shortens an overnight run

Matched sets for events

For an event the machines have to behave the same: same graphics card, same driver, same refresh rate, same software. We image them to your build before they go out, so all twenty machines in a room start the same way and a player who changes seats sees the same setup.

Monitors and accessories

A gaming laptop is only part of the setup. High-refresh monitors, headsets, mice, mats and power for a whole row of positions come from the same warehouse, so one order covers the event.

Delivered or shipped

Larger jobs and event setups around San Diego are delivered and set up by our staff, who can stay on site for the event. Everything else ships anywhere in the US, with return labels already in the box. If a machine fails mid-event, call and a technician works through it with you, and we replace it the fastest way that suits the job.
