iPad 8th Gen

Which iPad for which job

Screen size matters more than processor for most event work. A standard iPad is right for registration, surveys and lead capture, where it is tapped, not pushed. iPad Pro earns its price when the screen is doing the work — poster sessions, portfolio review, anything a presenter zooms and scrolls in front of an audience.

• Standard iPad — registration, surveys, lead capture, signage
• iPad Pro — poster sessions, demos, anything screen-led
• iPad mini — handheld scanning and back-of-house
• Wi-Fi or cellular; ask about cellular if the venue's network is unknown

The stand is half the order

An iPad on a table gets picked up and wanders off. We carry LiliTab kiosks in white and black, floor stands, table stands and tilted walk-up stands, plus hand straps for staff carrying them around a floor. Locking enclosures where the room isn't staffed.

• Floor and pole stands for registration lines
• Tilted walk-up stands for poster sessions and accessibility
• Table kiosks for counters and demo pods
• Hand straps for roaming staff

Configured before they ship

Your app installed, Guided Access locked to it, Wi-Fi joined, screens set not to sleep, and every unit named to your convention. Forty iPads that all wake to the same screen beat forty iPads someone sets up in a ballroom the night before.

Renting one

A day, a week, a month or as long as the job runs. Imaged to your build before it ships, asset-tagged against your order, wiped when it comes back. Delivered across San Diego County or shipped anywhere in the country.

Availability moves, so the honest answer about a specific date comes from a person rather than a page. Tell us the dates and the quantity and we’ll tell you straight away.
