Copier or printer

A multifunction copier earns its footprint when you need scanning, collating and volume — a conference producing handouts, an office between machines. A desktop laser is enough for a registration desk printing badges. We'd rather send the smaller thing that fits than the larger thing that impresses.

Running out mid-job is the most common way a printer rental goes wrong, so consumables come with it and a spare set goes in the box for anything long.

Setting one up

Copiers are the piece people most often need help with on site — static IP addresses, scan-to-folder, wireless setup. There are short videos for the common ones on our how-to page, and a technician on the phone for the rest.

Renting one

A day, a week, a month or as long as the job runs. Imaged to your build before it ships, asset-tagged against your order, wiped when it comes back. Delivered across San Diego County or shipped anywhere in the country.
